Orders
- All prices are listed in NZD.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once processing has begun.
- Yunie Crochet reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
Custom orders
- Custom orders are made to order and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once confirmed.
- Processing times for custom orders vary and will be communicated prior to order confirmation.
- Estimated processing time for custom orders is 1–4 weeks, depending on the item.
Shipping & delivery
- Yunie Crochet is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once an order has been handed over to the courier.
- Responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier upon dispatch.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
