Returns & Refunds

All Yunie Crochet items are handmade with care. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

 

Faulty items

If your item arrives with a fault caused during production, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

 

Shipping damage

Yunie Crochet is not responsible for damage caused during shipping once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact NZ Post directly to lodge a claim.

As each item is handmade, slight variations in size, colour, or texture are normal and not considered faults
