Ready-made items
Ready-made items are processed within 1–4 business days before shipping.
Custom orders
Custom orders are made to order and require additional time.
Processing times for custom orders vary depending on the item, size, and design.
Estimated processing time for custom orders is between 1–4 weeks.
This to allow time for design, ordering and acquiring the right materials, and making the product itself.
Exact processing times will be communicated to the customer after confirming the order.
New Zealand shipping
- Orders are shipped via NZ Post Overnight Courier
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier.
International shipping
International delivery times vary by destination. Estimated delivery times provided by NZ Post are listed upon checkout. All international orders are shipped using NZ Post Economy, except for special requests agreed upon by both parties are in place. In the event of a special request, orders may be shipped via NZ Post Courier or Express, or with another shipping company to ensure faster delivery at the cost of the customer. This can only be arranged via direct contact through email or social media, and cannot be selected at checkout (except for Australia).
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
YUNIE bags is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges. The estimated delivery times are not concrete, and are provided by NZ Post.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Delays, loss, or damage
Yunie Crochet is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
